Congratulations to WikiHouseNL
On Friday the WikiHouse neighbourhood in Almere celebrated an important milestone, the completion of the 27 self built houses in De Stripmaker district. This also means that the WikiHouseNL team is now setting their sights on further expansion of the WikiHouse Swift system, with the exciting possibility of building an extra 300 houses across the Netherlands. The Steenvlinder consortium, which has been involved in De Stripmaker, is taking over the WikiHouse concept for a national rollout.

Also in the Netherlands, earlier this month Nick Gevers from Hendriks Construction and Development, and Vincent Muller (WikiHouseNL) held an event at DomeX. DomeX is the venue where students from Avans University of Applied Sciences recently built a full-scale pavilion using WikiHouse Skylark.

Update from Duke Makes
